Delete your data

Pool Energy Planner does not require or create an online account. The current app design stores pool profiles, confirmed equipment details, estimates, plans, reminders, and preferences only on the user’s device.

Delete locally stored app data

To delete all Pool Energy Planner data from an Android device, uninstall the app or open Android Settings, select Apps, select Pool Energy Planner, choose Storage & cache, and select Clear storage. Menu wording can vary by device manufacturer and Android version.

Photos and label scans

A photo selected for equipment-label recognition is processed on the device and is not retained by Pool Energy Planner after processing unless the user explicitly chooses a future local save option. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes app-managed local files. It does not delete an original photo that remains in the device’s photo library.

Support correspondence

If you previously emailed support and want the personal information in that correspondence deleted, email support@measuredproductssoftware.com with the subject “Pool Energy Planner data deletion request.” Do not send passwords, equipment serial numbers, or other sensitive information.

No server account data

Because the app has no online accounts or cloud synchronization, Measured Products Software does not have a remote Pool Energy Planner account to deactivate or delete.
